Exercise 2: Stakeholder Analysis
For your current project, identify all stakeholders: primary users, secondary users, non-users, vulnerable groups, future generations. For each group, document their needs, concerns, and potential vulnerabilities. How does your design serve or fail each group?
Exercise 3: Privacy Audit
