Frequently Asked Questions

I've never done 3D before. Can I really learn this?

Absolutely! We start from absolute basics. Blender's interface can seem overwhelming at first, but we'll guide you step-by-step. By Week 3, you'll be creating models confidently. The key is consistent practice and showing up to sessions.

Do I need to know programming for Three.js?

Basic JavaScript knowledge helps but isn't required. We cover the JavaScript needed for Three.js within the course. If you've used HTML/CSS before, you'll pick it up quickly. The focus is on creating 3D experiences, not complex programming.

Can my laptop handle Blender?

Most modern laptops work fine for learning. Rendering complex scenes takes longer on older machines, but you can still learn effectively. If you're unsure, share your specs during our consultation and we'll advise you.

What can I do with these skills professionally?

3D skills open many doors: game asset creation, product visualization, architectural visualization, motion graphics, web development with 3D, freelance 3D modeling, animation studios, VFX, and more. It's an in-demand skill set.

How much artistic ability do I need?

None! Technical skills can be taught and practiced. Many successful 3D artists started with no traditional art background. We'll teach you design principles along with technical skills. Passion and dedication matter more than natural talent.

Will I learn game development or just modeling?

This course focuses on modeling, animation, and web 3D (not game engines like Unity/Unreal). However, the skills translate directly—game studios need 3D artists. If game development interests you, check out our VR Development course which covers Unity.
